Orange is still the hot color these days so when I discovered this beautiful tag on  blog, Live The Dream, I knew it was a perfect inspiration piece for this beautiful Fall season.

Notice all the fun techniques used on this beautiful tag. We have some mixed media, some stamping, inking, the awesome handmade flower, and some sewing all done in gorgeous fall tones. Be sure to check out Jennie’s tutorial on how to make the flower using string, twine, hemp etc. They are a lot of fun to make & can be used on so many different projects.

Jennie used Rusty Hinge and Wild Honey Distress Inks to create the background and also for dying the ribbon and muslin accents.  What a perfect combination of colors for this beautiful time of year.

I hope this project has inspired you to step outside your box. It certainly did me. I am not  a big orange person but I will definitely think twice about the color orange now.

My hope for you is to be fearless when it comes to your creativity, to try new thins and most important to have fu.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit & I hope you have a very creative day!
