It’s the time of year when it is usually snowing, raining, or just plain cold outside. Some of our friends and family celebrate their holidays in a warmer climate, however, and this is a perfect card just for them. This fun image is sure to put a smile on the face of the one who receives it in the mail. I found this adorable card while searching on Will Stamp For Wine blog. This fun card created by Kathy Curry will definitely put you in the mood for the holidays.
Kathy started this card using the Tropical Santa Buried digital image. She copied it onto Copic xpress paper, colored it with her copic markers, and then added some stickles. Using the Spellbinders Standard Circles dies, she cut out three different sizes using red and kraft cardstock along with the colored image. For the background she used different patterned papers in strips and sewed them onto kraft cardstock. To finish it off, she added some fun red ribbon and red rhinestones to the corners of the card.
So find your favorite digital image and breakout your chalks, gelatos, colored pencils, and markers and just have some fun creating your special Christmas image.
