Happy Friday! Today is an extra exciting Friday as my kids are now on vacation for the next two weeks. No more waking the everyone up early, making lunches for school, scrambling to get homework completed or running between here there and everywhere … at least for a couple weeks anyways! And the best news is that I am also going to take some time off over the holidays to spend time with my family and relax.

What/Where did u volunteer, do u still get to shop etc?
Hi Jo! If you want to volunteer you sign up via the website. There are a number of different positions you can volunteer for at the shows. Each volunteer block is a few hours in length. When you are not volunteering, you can definitely participate in the shopping, crops, classes, etc. Lots of people use the money they earn from volunteering to spend at the show. If you do want to volunteer, be sure to sign up early as the spots do go quickly.

Schaumburg, il would be the show both myself and my crafting Buddy Lori will attend. Not that the price of admission would deter us from going, but free admission. Would give us a few mor dollars to spend inside the Expo. I would love to win these!!!

Anaheim I suppose since San Diego is gone. Not sure why that happened because it has always been amazing. So instead of two or three days, I will have to drive to another city, and if I have to rent a hotel room, that will be less scrapbooking goodies I can buy and fewer workshops that I can attend. I realize you can’t bring the Expo to every city, but San Diego is a pretty good city for this event in my opinion.

I enjoyed my first exposure to the Scrapbook Expo in Sacramento. I took three classes and bought over $200 in supplies.. I will be prepared for the next one if the exhibit comes to Sacramento. I am disabled and all the partipsntts were friendly and assisted me when I needed it. I even had my picture taken in front of the logo. It was a blast.

I would love to win the free admission tickets to a show in Marlborough, MA. My best friend went in September 2015 and loved every bit of it. I would love to go “with” her this coming year. My husband had heart valve replacement in 2014 and a shoulder replacement in 2015 which keeps me home a lot. Therapy after the shoulder surgery in 2015 from June until early December. Need to have some time to get back into my crafts again. That has been my therapy at home during the past 2 years! YES!!

I actually attend 2 shows per year…Somerset and Chantilly…Chantilly I go with my online friends from afar, we meet once a year at the show for the weekend and have an absolute blast. Somerset is with my local peeps…either one is a winner!!!
Planning on hitting the Chantilly show again this year. Great fun and classes last year were good for the most part. I loved the option to scrap all day and well into the night. Always meet up with a group of gals that I met through an Yahoo scrapping group. Have come to love them all and our outings to Scrapbook Expo!

Since then, my other love and BFF has gone to every single one with me so I don’t go alone. My husband is the most kind hearted and fun person to go with. What I don’t see he does. My great friend Brenda and I attend the scrapbook expo every year in Denver, Co! We scrapped on Friday this last year and it was a blast so we plan on scrapping both days and taking lots of classes!!! This is an awesome giveaway!!!
I am already counting down until May, when you guys are back in Denver. I’m planning on buying myself gift cards every payday so I have them stockpiled and ready to go. Last year I had everyone who owed me money pay me in visa gift cards and it was so nice having that money set aside to spend at the expo.

Milwaukee, wi! Last year was the first time I ever went to an expo and it was what I imagine a scrappers heaven looks like. I can no longer shop without comparing everything to EXPO. I can’t WAIT for the Scrapbook Expo this year! Me and my mom found out about the one this year the DAY AFTER it ended! ? We were very upset, but then we found out that its annual and will be back again in 2016!! ? So we both added the dates to our phone calendars and set alarms so we are sure not to miss it again! Loved the Schaumburg location. This was my 3rd Expo. Go with my girlfriend and both of our daughters. Planning to go one day early for some needed R&R and staying until check-out on Sunday. BEST WEEKEND EVER!
