I now work part time and went back to school recently to earn a degree but i still try to craft with my mom every week. There’s always time to craft 🙂 Thanks everyone.

I have been crafting since I was just a little tyke and I think I will be crafting in my grave too!! I love cardmaking, altered art, mixed media, upcycled art, quilting, book making and coloring!! Life would not be the same if I didn’t craft! It relaxes me and when I get in the zone I am able to forget about my pain even if it is for a little while!! My Home Health nurse took my blood pressure before I went into my Craft Room and then 15 minutes after I went into it. It was significantly lower AFTER spending time creating. Now we just need to convince the insurance companies that creating IS a remedy so they will help cover our supplies!!

  45. Toni says:

With World Card Making Day this past weekend, one would think that to say I’m more of a “card maker” is the appropriate answer for this contest. But, I live in two worlds: Card Making and Scrapbooking. Depending on what is happening in life at that moment, dictates whether I am creating a card masterpiece to touch someone’s life or if I’m scrapbooking a memory so it will not fade away. Thank you for the electronic canvas here to express my answer. Cheers!
