Hey, everyone! Roree here with another Make It! Monday project. Today I am sharing a birthday card I created with fun embossing folder technique.

First, I gathered together my Cuttlebug™ machine and plates, my chevron embossing folder, a piece of white cardstock, and a red chalk ink pad.

I inked the top inside of the embossing folder with the inkpad.

I then placed the white cardstock panel in the folder and ran it through my Cuttlebug™ machine.

After embossing the cardstock, I washed my embossing folder with some dish detergent and warm water.

I ended up with a red chevron panel; the white areas being embossed/raised.

I added some patterned paper, stickers, and brads to finish.
