This adorable muslin fabric mixed media background really gives beautiful texture and color to this layout. Di Garling is so wonderful when it comes to mixed media, and she surely shows her talent on this one! She has used Bo Bunny papers and lots of fun 2Crafty chipboard. Wonderful Mother created by Lucy Abrams

This beautiful card is such a great way to show love to that special mom in your life; whether it be a mom, daughter, granddaughter, or a special friend. Cards are such a easy way to bring some sunshine to a loved one’s day.

Wonderful Mother

This card was made using the fun images called Just Darling from Simon Says Stamp! Using Gansai Tambi watercolors and mixing together a red shade with some pearly white created this beautiful pink color. Adding a few sequins and some rhinestones really popped out the flower, giving it a little sparkle! I don’t want to forget to mention the cute binding with stitching down the side. Let’s go over to Lucy’s Cards to see more of Lucy’s wonderful projects.

Life Is Beautiful created by Kathy Roney

How better said than “Life is Beautiful.” Spring is my favorite time of the year and it is a time that I reflect on the beauty of the world and how wonderful life is. This card certainly popped out at me and I fell in love with it. I love the color combination in this card and the coloring is so outstanding.

Life Is Beautiful

Kathy used the Botanical Rose Bouquet set for the main image along with the Butterfly Medley stamp set, both from Heartfelt Creations. She colored them with colored pencils and mineral spirits. What a wonderful combination to match the frame with her colored image. She added her sentiment, a teal colored seam binding bow, and button to finish off her gorgeous card. Individual Raspberry Trifle with Lemon Cream

When serving desserts, I always love to serve an individual serving. Everyone gets their own nicely presented dessert. These are so easy to make and look so fancy.

You can switch things up if you would like, and try using blueberries, blackberries, or even strawberries. I am pretty sure that they would all be fantastic, too! Click here for your recipe and ingredients made by Glory Albin. Have fun making these yummy desserts!
