Welcome back, my dear friends, to another wonderful summer weekend!  My desire today is that the projects I have to share with you will bring you inspiration for your own creating.  I hope you will be inspired to pull out your fun products and begin to create things that will make you feel happy and accomplished.  May you have a beautiful, relaxing, and creative Saturday.

Moments By Di Garling

As scrapbookers, we know that it’s all about preserving and sharing memories for your family, friends, and future generations.  It is a great thing to feel the joy and fulfillment that comes from the projects you have created.  Here is a masterpiece layout that showcases how to beautifully capture a special moment.

Chipboard embellishments are so easy and amazing to use.  My favorites are titles and background panels. This beautiful vintage layout uses several pieces of chipboard and it is certainly an eye catcher.  Click here and I will take you over to Di’s Creative Space, where she’ll give you the products and directions for creating this beautiful layout.  Di is a fabulous designer and you will not want to miss out on any of her outstanding projects. It will be a real treat to follow her!

Be Grateful By Rhonda Van Ginkel

There are so many incredible opportunities to let your imagination run wild when you are creating handmade cards. Today I want to share a darling card created by a very talented designer, Rhonda Van Ginkel.  Rhonda uses the Butterfly Kisses collection from Bo Bunny along with some accents from their Blossoms.

Be Greatful

I love the fact that this card has such a versatile design.  Give it a personal touch by adding a sentiment of the occasion you are using it for.  Don’t you just love the other fabulous cards that she has created?  You will walk away with so much inspiration every time you visit her blog!  Keep up the good work, and keep those smiles coming with each handmade card you give.

Friend By Amy Rysavy

Friends are certainly a joy in life!  Have you told your dear friend lately how much she means to you?  This bright, whimsical card created by Amy Rysavy is certainly a cheerful card to send out in the mail to your special friend.  She will cherish your personal, creative cards for years, not to mention the smile that will come across her face as she receives this handmade treasure.

Amy created her card by starting with Tim Holtz Distress watercolor cardstock, then sponged four different Distress Inks over it to create this embossed resist look.  Amy shares several different techniques, so click here and I will take you to her step-by-step video so you can begin to create your own personal card.

Fish Canvas By Lisa Nazario-Gregory

Summer has arrived! I am sure you are feeling the high temperatures, so it is time to stay inside and create something beautiful for your home.  Take a different look at scrapbooking, and decorate your home with items you may already have created.  This beautiful seaside scene has bright and vivid colors and portrays a lovely, vintage feel.  This would look beautiful on an easel or as a wall décor piece.

Fish Canvas

Lisa really knows how to bring her images to life with a combination of stamps, Sizzix dies, gesso, dye colored base spray, and stickles, all on watercolor paper.  Let me escort you on over to What A Beautiful Mess where you will see how Lisa puts this all together.  You will be so inspired by her talent and I am sure you will want to check out the other projects she has created.  Your finished project will certainly add some personality and charm to your home.
