Lawn Fawn Halloween Card

Hey there Stamp & Scrapbook Expo friends and fans, Becki here to share a fun Lawn Fawn Halloween card with you that I created using some really fun Lawn Fawn products. Lawn Fawn sent me some really fun products to play with. My favorite thing they sent was the Costume Party stamp set. It is SO adorable! They also sent me the Costume Party die set AND the Shut the Front Door die set. This is such a FUN interactive card.I created a double z fold card with black cardstock. I cut a 6×12 piece of black cardstock. I scored the cardstock at the 2″, 4″, 10″, and 8″ and folded along the fold lines to create the base of the card. Then, I covered each panel of the card with patterned paper. After I had the base of the card created then it was time for the real fun to begin. I stamped each of the little Halloween characters with black ink. Then, I colored the images with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. Aren’t those cute little costumed characters so CUTE!?!?  After coloring the images, I die cut them with the coordinating die set as well as die cutting the pieces to the front door. The little Halloween characters are adhered around the front door in the center of the card. The cute little witch is inside the door with a bowl of candy ready to pass it out to all of the cute little trick or treaters. The final finishing touch to this card is the black ribbon that is tied around the entire card. That black ribbon holds the card closed as well as providing a fun embellishment on the front of the card. This card was so fun to create. I can’t wait to create more Halloween cards with this fun stamp set. Do you create Halloween cards? I’d love to see what Halloween cards you have created. Leave a link in the comment section below and I’ll make sure to stop by and see what you have been creating. Thank you for stopping by the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo blog. I’ll see you again next Thursday for another edition of Inspiration Station.

Hello, Ida! Thank you! Yes, the door die is also from Lawn Fawn. The die set is called “shut the front door.” I hope that helps, happy crafting 🙂
