Saturday With LeAnn

Hello

Hello again to all my crafty friends and welcome back to Weekly Scrapper!  I hope you are enjoying a nice, relaxing weekend.  I am so happy you made your way over to be with me today.  It is an honor to have the opportunity to share inspiration from some of the most talented people in our industry.  Please take a few minutes today to sit back, relax, and enjoy today’s creative therapy!

You Can Do It By Cathy Cafun

I immediately fell in love with this beautiful layout that I discovered on Cathy Cafun’s blog, Cathy Can’t Help Herself.  I always feel inspired and enjoy all of her beautiful paper crafting skills.  This layout gives such a soft feminine feel and really gives a pop to her photo.  Even though there are a lot of fine details going on, the embellishments really complement her photo and allow it to still take center stage on this lovely layout.  It is always such a treasure to preserve our priceless memories by taking lots of photos, then taking the time to scrapbook them.

You Can Do It

Cathy created this beautiful layout using the L’Aquarelle Collection from Ultimate Crafts.  Cathy also used coordinating dies, embossing folders, and stamps, along with fussy cutting to make some of her own embellishments.  This beautiful vintage work of art has truly inspired me.  I love how Cathy incorporated warm colors that retained the vintage style. Click here and I will take you on over to Cathy’s blog, Cathy Can’t Help Herself, where you will find all the products needed to create one of your own.  A big shout out to Cathy for sharing this wonderful inspiration with us.

Hello By Yoonsun Hur

Put a smile on someone’s face today just by saying “Hello.”  Can you just imagine the smile when they discover this darling card that was made with so much love?  Receiving a handmade card is like receiving a huge hug through the mail.  It is definitely a great way to brighten up one’s day!

Hello

On this sweet card Yoonsun stamped the sunflower with Memento Tuxedo black ink using Summer Flowers by Simon Says Stamp.  She then colored it in using her Copic markers.  I love Yoonsun’s blending which makes this look just like a watercolor.  Yoonsun is one very talented lady so be sure to pop on over to Rejoicing Crafts where you will find so many more inspirational projects.
