Saturdays With LeAnn

Have A Chill Summer

Hello, my crafty friends, and welcome back to Weekly Scrapper on this beautiful Saturday morning!  As always, it is a great honor to have the opportunity to share inspirational projects created by some of the most talented people in our industry.  I hope you will feel the inspiration that I am sharing as you create some masterpiece projects today.

Seaside Journal By Anna-Karin

Splash your words and pictures around in this awesome journal!  It’s big enough for plenty of writing space and also large enough to add some special photos. I really love the tall shape of this journal.  Would you believe me if I told you it was a die cut?  Yes, that’s right – it is a Sizzix ScoreBoard XL journal die.  Just think of all the different types of journals you can create using this awesome die!  This rustic journal features papers by Prima along with color-coordinated papers and embellishments.  How fun it will be to write down and share all of your fun adventures!

Seaside Journal

Journals have endless possibilities, and sharing your style of journal is a great inspiration for you and those you give it to.  I love this rustic journal that Anna-Karin created with her touch of flowers and the fun dimension of embellishments. Journals have been extremely popular lately and I have seen so many fabulous ones made.  It makes me want to start one for myself and just have fun experimenting with my creativity.  I want to send you on over to Layers Of Ink where you can see the whole journal and a wonderful tutorial on how Anna-Karin has put this all together.  You will truly be inspired.  Have fun, my friends, creating one of your own!

Have A Chill Summer By Kay Miller

With the hot weather we have been having, thoughts of yummy, cold treats fill my head.  Who doesn’t love popsicles, right?  I think everyone can relate to having fond summer memories that include cool and refreshing popsicles.  Summer just wouldn’t be complete without them.
