I instantly fell in love with this adorable shabby chic mini album that Tati has designed using Graphic 45’s new Vintage Hollywood Collection. Mini albums are the instant gratification of scrapbooking and with a little help from Graphic 45 and their amazing designers you, too, can complete an entire mini album in no time. How creative to add those interactive flaps and folds, they really add a touch of whimsy and delight to your albums.

I Adore You By Barbara Anders

With handmade shaker cards being all the rage right now, I thought you might be inspired by this adorable card designed by Barbara Anders. There is something about all those shiny sequins and beads shaking around that adds such a sparkly, festive feel. Barbara cut her shaker window with Die-namics LJD Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Windows, which as you can see creates the perfect window for a shaker element and/or frame. If you’re thinking the same thing I’m thinking (this is one of those need it in your life dies), then  click here and I’ll take you over to the site so you can order your own.

With a little help from our friend Barbara and a few simple supplies, you too can create these fun & festive shaker elements. Click here & I’ll take you over to the Paper Pursuits blog and you can follow along as Barbara shares just how easily this sweet card came together.

DIY Twine Dispenser By Angie Chavez

You know how I feel about glass jars, big or small I love them all. If you are a twine-lover too, this project is for you! They are a great way to store our ever growing stash of craft supplies while also helping to reduce the amount of trash that goes into our landfills. I will admit that I”m a bit of a twine junkie, we have bakers twine, cotton twine, hemp twine etc., all of which are great for adding texture and visual interest to our paper crafting projects.

Thanks to Angie you too can have your craft supplies organized and looking good. Click here and I will escort you over to her blog Knick Of Time where you can print out some of her free antique graphics to decorate your jars. A well-organized craft room makes crafting so much more enjoyable.

Waterslide Paper Technique By Dreams Factory

Spring is in the air and I was thinking it might be a good time to do a little spring cleaning/organizing in our craft rooms. How adorable are these shabby chic containers? I already have a chalk pen in hand – ready to label the contents! 🙂  Have you had the opportunity to play with Waterslide decals also known as slip decals? As you can see they make the perfect embellishment for just about any project. Until recently, water slide decals were professionally printed and only available in supplied designs, but with the advent of printable decal paper for color inkjet and or laser printers and a little help from our crafty friends over at Dreams Factory, we can create our own waterslide decals.

I hope you’ve been inspired to give this fun technique a try. Now that I have your attention ;-), click here and I will lead the way over to the Dreams Factory Blog where Diana shares all you need to know about Waterslide Decal Paper Transfers. Happy organizing my crafty friends.

Move aside winter, spring is here and what tastes more like spring than ham and asparagus? This sheet pan recipe uses one pan and gets the whole feast on the table in a little over an hour.

I highly recommend stopping by the tbsp. blog anytime you need to kick things up a bit in the kitchen. If you’re a visual person, they even have a little 1-minute video sharing how easy this recipe is to prepare. Bon appetit my hungry friends!

Organization – Dazzle Caddy

This is a great organization tool for those small bottles.  You know which ones – they contain ink, or paint, or sparkly glue.

There are 10 secure spots for your little goodies.  Hmm . . .  some companies have collections in groups of 10 colors.  Interesting.

Store by collection, store by color, store by type of product . . .  or put 10 of your favorites in one container and take to a crop.  The bottles are stored upside down so they are always “primed” and ready to use.  Plus, the lid doesn’t fall off when you toss the caddy into your bag.

This product is made by Best Craft Organizer and are sold in a 3-pack for $19.99 (really, can you live with just one!)

Check it out here, oh, and they have a short video with more ideas on  how to use them:
