We work with as many local stores as we can to get the word out about the Scrapbook EXPO in your area.  We will typically send coupons to stores within a 100 mile radius of the show.   • We have two kinds of door prizes – regular and GRAND.
  • Everyone who pre-registered is automatically entered to win door prizes all day long, plus the Grand Door Prizes too!
  • If you didn’t pre-register, no problem. Just enter your name in a Door Prize Kiosk once you get to the show. Make sure you leave all those other companies checked. These get you entered for the Grand Door prizes!
  • Regular door prize winners are drawn all day long. Listen for your name or number. These prizes are usually worth $20 and are from exhibitors, and other companies who like to share their products with you.
  • Grand Door Prizes are drawn at 3:00PM only. These are the BIG prizes – each one is worth at least $100.
  • If you don’t hear your name, no worries! Stop by the Door Prize booth and see if your name is on the list. You can check any time, but make sure to check before you leave. Prizes need to be claimed by 6:00pm on Friday or 5:00pm on Saturday. Gift Certificates need to be claimed 1 hour before the show floor closes. Last Door Prizes will be drawn at 4:30pm on Friday & 3:30pm on Saturday.

A few ways to volunteer

Are you interested in helping out at the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo?  Then this is the place to be!  We have a variety of Expo positions available which include: express will call, door prize, lobby attendant, door guard, crop/tool station.  Positions will be made available on opening day of pre-registration.

Teacher Pet positions will be made available approximately two weeks after pre-registration opens.  Teacher Pet positions will continue to be released based on teacher requirements and class ticket sales.

Volunteer Requirements

Positions range from 2-5 hours

Must Be 18 or Older

May be required to Lift 10 – 25lbs

Must be able to stand 2-5 hours

Wear Comfortable Shoes

Casual/Nice Dress

  • You may register for multiple shifts as long as they do not overlap.
  • If you're working multiple shifts please remember to allow enough time for lunch/breaks/shopping between shifts.
  • Check In at the Registration Counter 10 minutes before the starting of your shift.
  • Positions will be assigned once you arrive at the EXPO.
  • There is a $10 Refundable Reservation Fee per shift when registering online.
  • Upon completion of your shift you will receive 1 Free Admission, $10 per hour worked and your reservation fee of $10.

One great way to get a behind the scenes look at the latest and greatest is to assist an exhibitor in their booth – Before, During or After the Show.

2015 | Exhibitors looking for help in Pleasanton, CA

If you have a non-profit organization or women’s group and would like to run our Baggage Check please contact us at info@scrapbookexpo.com.  It’s a great way to get the word out about your organization and get to attend the EXPO at the same time.

If you would like to add to your original order, and avoid an additional $3.00 processing fee, you can do so:
  1. Log into your account at shop.scrapbookexpo.com or you can use the link from the confirmation email.
  2. Select “View Order”.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the order confirmation and “Add Note” with the additions you would like. As soon as we receive your request we will make the necessary changes.
  4. Once additions have been made, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you of the additions along with any balance that is remaining. At the bottom of the email you can click “View Order” and log into your account to “Pay Now”.  Balances must be paid within 48hrs of addition or they will be cancelled without notice.
  5. Scrapbook EXPO can bill the credit card on file with your permission; however we would need the CCV code that was used on the back of the original card that was used to place order.

There is a $5.00 service charge for any changes or class cancellations once your registration has been received. We appreciate all of our scrapbooking moms, however only small umbrella strollers are allowed on the show floor (infants unable to sit-up or handicapped will be allowed in other small single seat strollers). Jogging strollers and other strollers with a large wheel/base will not be permitted, no exceptions. This is to keep our aisles clear and safe for all guests to walk the floor. If you have a Bag or Stroller that does not meet the requirements you will be asked to stop by our Baggage claim and check your item.
We know our scrappers love to shop and crop and having a wheeled bag/rolling cart is not only practical, but ideal. Unfortunately, these items are not permitted on the show floor (shopping area), however they are permitted in the crop area and classrooms. You're more than welcome to check your rolling tote in at our complimentary Baggage Claim area.
