You may recognize Becki as one of the designers of our Latest & Greatest class projects and on our blog, Weekly Scrapper, as a long time contributor. Now you can meet Becki in person!

Becki started designing professionally in the paper crafting industry in 2006. She’s worked closely with numerous manufacturers, stores, magazines and kit clubs. Memory keeping is her passion and is a way of life for her and her family. Becki and her husband are raising their three children in rural Idaho. Family and documenting memories are her top priorities. Her style is very colorful, bold, clean and classic. Becki loves sharing her passion for creatively documenting memories and paper crafting through teaching classes and sharing her work on her social media channels.

Is that stash of cute 6×6 paper pads in your collection growing by the day? Do you need ideas on how to use them on projects other than cards? Come join Becki Adams and create three unique 12 x 12″ layouts using patterned paper no larger than 6 x 6″. Becki has been designing professionally in the paper crafting industry since 2006. She has worked closely with numerous manufacturers, stores, magazines and kit clubs–and she’s a top blogger on our own Weekly Scrapper blog! (You can check out the blog at: scrapbookexpo.com/paper-affair-blog/) You will be creating with products from the Go See Explore collection by Echo Park Paper Co. You’ll leave class with three layouts and tons of inspiration for using your 6×6 paper pads.


What products will be highlighted: A 6×6 paper pad and embellishments from the Go See Explore collection by Echo Park Paper Co.

What will I learn or complete: Three 12 x 12″ layouts. (We will work on all three layouts in class if time allows, but some homework may be required.)

What do I need to bring to class: Five 4 x 6″ photos (two portrait, three landscape), 12″ paper trimmer, scissors, paper piercer, adhesive (tape runner, liquid, foam, glue dots), and a black journaling pen or pre-printed journaling strips. Optional: Black ink, date stamp, mini stapler, sewing needle, and navy spray ink.

What special supplies are needed to finish this project at home: None.

What techniques will I learn or use: You will learn how to incorporate patterned paper from 6×6 paper pads into your 12 x 12″ layouts.

Will I complete this project in class: It is possible some people will finish the projects in class.
