SOME ACTIVITIES YOU MIGHT DO AS A VOLUNTEER
- EXPRESS WILL CALL: Hand out tickets, keepsake buttons, and Swag
Bags
- DOOR PRIZE: Hand out prizes to winners
- LOBBY ATTENDANT: Greet people as they come in, give directions,
hand out show guides
- DOOR GUARD: Check for wrist bands, strollers, and oversized bags
at the entrance
- CROP ATTENDANT: Help attendees at the Crop and Tool Station
- TEACHER'S PET: Assist in a workshop - set tables, collate kits,
counting

HOW IT WORKS
- Availability of positions (time/day) will be posted through our Online
Ticketing System
- Register online and pay a $10 refundable reservation fee
- Check in at the registration desk a few minutes before your shift
- Positions will be assigned when you arrive
- At the end of your shift, get paid and start shopping!
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
- Must Be 18 or Older
- May be required to Lift 10 – 25lbs
- Must be able to stand 2-5 hours
- Wear Comfortable Shoes
- Casual/Nice Dress

HELP WANTED- Clear Scraps is looking for help for the following.
Thursday set-up 11:00 am to 3;30pm must be able to lift 20 pounds and put products on hooks.
Friday running our make n take table 8:30 to 11:30 love to teach, sell and make new friends.

Saturday 5:00 pm to 7pm with tear down

We are looking for some fun, out-going and reliable people to help with our Chalk Couture booth! Help needed with the following:
1. Set up on Thursday 8AM to 5PM
2. During the Show: Friday: 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 5pm
2.a. Product demo / make and take
2. b. Cashier
3. Tear down Saturday 5PM-9PM
$10 per hour cash or $13 per hour in retail product credit + Free entry to the show the days you work (with time off to eat and go shop!). Want to only work part of the shift - no problem, we'll see what we can work out. Priority will be given to those able to work all or most of the shift.
