This technique class is built on the art principle that things that are far away appear lighter (smaller and less distinct). We will be teaching you to use this principle to create depth in your scenes using only color! You will stamp, mask, and insert color with blending ovals to end up with a large 5 x 7" scene that can be mounted as a card or framed as artwork! Every 5 minutes a card is born! Sound impossible? You'll do it! In a similar but different one hour class as last year, you will learn how to turn a 6x6 paper pack into 12 beautiful A2-size cards! A dozen cards not enough? You'll also have an additional 6 challenge cards! All 18 cards will be adorned with the Stamplistic signature Illumination crystals. Should you choose to give away your cards, 18 envelopes will also be included in your class kit.

The possibilities are endless! We will be making two 6 x 6" Illumination crystal-adorned cards. One card will feature the same image, combining the normal size stamp with the mini size stamps to make a fantastic medallion/card. The second card will combine two completely different stamps for another beautiful card. Together, we will discuss what stamps are candidates for a good mash-up and which are not.
