NEW Security Measures at the Ontario Convention Center – for Exhibitors

The Ontario Convention Center has recently implemented a security checkpoint system for all events held at the center. The security checkpoint will be in place for the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo.

We appreciate your cooperation with this new security process

What you can expect:
• Security staff will be checking badges throughout the event
• You may be subject to random bag checks
• No outside food or drink will be permitted
• If you need to leave the secured area, you will need to pass through security again

What you need to do:
• Have your bags ready to be checked
• No outside food or drink will be permitted
• Enter through the overhead dock doors as usual
• Visit the exhibitor check-in table to get your badge & other show info
• Important: Wear your exhibitor badge at all times!
• If you need to leave the secured area, you will need to pass through security again
• Give yourself plenty of extra time to get through security

While we know these security measures can be inconvenient, please remember that they are put in place for the safety and security of everyone so we can all enjoy the weekend.
