This is such a happy card, I had to share! It definitely brightened my day.
The sunshine rays are actually from Hero Arts’ Radiant Banner stamp. Very cool use of the stamp I must say.
The rest of the card consists of layered circles of patterned paper with a white heat embossed sentiment and a few “blingy” things. You can make this card, right?
