Is there ever a pretty floral paper that you come across and immediately say to yourself: I just HAVE to cut those flowers out?! It’s happened to me on more than one occasion, in fact, I have five examples to share with you today where I did exactly that.

My newest collection with Pink Paislee is called Take Me Away and includes some floral papers that I couldn’t wait to cut out! Using a 3×3 grid as a starting place, I fussy cut flowers and tucked them under and around the photos and other embellishments.

More pretty flowers were begging to be cut out! I lined up a trio of black and white photos and then used the flowers as embellishments all around and to frame the pics.

On this layout I mirrored fussy cut flowers on the top right and bottom left corners. I almost couldn’t stop! Try cutting all different sizes of flowers for even more interest and WOW!

In my Fancy Free collection with Pink Paislee there are a couple of floral patterned papers that I fussy cut and paired with the floral chipboard stickers, die cuts, and wood veneer. Give me all the flowers!

I love using fussy cut flowers with grids – like the layout above, except this is a 2×2 grid with photos in two places and hand cut flowers in the other two. I like to add dimensional adhesive and bend up the flower edges to give them more dimension and to help them really pop off the page!

Do you like fussy cutting flowers? Do you have any examples? I’d love to see!
