Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started crafting: I always liked playing with paper and painting. I like to have my hands busy. I was jumping from one hobby to another until I found scrapbooking. It was in 2008, right after my first daughter was born. I was searching for some ways to create a handmade album with her cute pictures and that is how I found out that there is something out there called scrapbooking. I fast became a scrapbooking junkie. I live in Poland with my little family of two daughters, hubby, and beagle dog named Pirat. I am a geologist but I am not working as one right now. I devoted myself to raising my kids and scrapbooking 😀 I teach online and live classes and I am very happy with what I have and where I am in my life right now.
Favorite thing to create: Layouts and mini albums. There is nothing better than a project with cute pictures!
What do you love about this hobby? First of all – I am never bored. I always have something to make, paint, cut, glue. I don’t panic knowing that it’s going to be a rainy weekend and we will have to stay home 🙂 Second – I meet so many friends around the world! Thanks to the crops and classes I go out a lot and spend quality time with people who share my passion. Keeping my memories in beautiful album is a great quality for sure too.
5 fun facts about yourself:
1. I hate spiders. I scream when I see one.
2. I love roller coasters. Being upside down makes me so happy.
3. I am a sea person. There is nothing better than sand under your feet and endless water in front of you.
4. I hate marble pattern. I am a geologist but somehow it doesn’t speak to me.
5. I throw away my layouts. I make so many of them that I don’t have a room to store them. Crazy woman, right?

I was recently inspired by a dream catcher I saw on Pinterest so I decided to make one for myself with a scrappy twist. I played with watercolors to create background and added my favorite Crate Paper embellishments.
