Check out this adorable mini album made from Hampton Art Stamps and Authentique Paper. Who would have ever thought that stamps, paper, and a die cut could make a mini album to look like a picture reel? Isn’t this such a wonderful inspiration. I would like to thank Loes de Groot for her outstanding project that she has shared with us.
Start with a Sizzix Thinlits Note to Self Die, cut the wheel with chipboard and then cover it with patterned paper. For the middle take a toilet paper roll and wrap the film strip around it using paper from the Renew Collection from Authentique to cover it.
Using the Hampton Art stamp set, you will stamp a sentiment for the top of the wheel.
For the film strip, you will use “For the Record” die from Sizzix, and you will cut them four times. Glue 2 of them together to a make a longer filmstrip. Then cut two small pieces of paper and glue them on the backside of the filmstrip. Glue the other 2 film strips on the back side.
The flowers are stamped also. Cut them out and add foam tape for dimension.
The small typed text are stamps also from Hamton Arts. There you have one adorable and unique mini album to set out and enjoy.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your project in a different way and never hesitate to try something new.
