I hope today’s post will help you be inspired to create a beautiful handmade card for someone you love. It is always a great time to let your loved ones know how much you care especially if it is their Birthday. This adorable card will certainly bring a big smile to their face when they receive it. I found this whimsical card on the Cards By Becky blog. This charming card was created by Becky Hetherington.
For the shape of the card Becky used the die Frilly Square #6 by Go Kreate. Her papers are from Maja Design Vintage Summer and she distressed the edges with Walnut Stain.
Becky’s main focus on the card is the adorable stamp Uptown Girls by Stamping Bella. She colored the image using her distress markers and added dimension with glossy accents and sparkle with stickles.
Adding a beautiful taffeta bow, along with some flowers and stick decorative pins gave this card a feminine flare. To the right of her card a darling charm was added to give it the final touch.
Don’t you love the shape of this breathtaking card? A big Thank You to Becky for letting us share this with you today. I hope you have felt some great inspiration and will have fun making your cards today.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your projects in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
