It is so fun to scrapbook that very first day of school. What a treasured memory for your child to look back at as they grow older. The first thing that catches your eye in layout is the darling photo. It is great to add all the charming embellishments around it but keeping the photo the main focus. Thank You to Linda Beeson for allowing us to share this with you today.
Linda made this a hybrid layout, and she created this using a sketch to get her started. Most of the elements were from a digital kit at Design House Digital. This kit is so fun along with some great papers in it. The different patterns made it easy to use with the sketch. The black chevron patterned accents are a stamp from Hero Arts. Check out more of Linda’s projects on her blog, PaperCutting Kind of Day.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your project in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
