As crafters we’re typically pretty passionate about different textures. Whether it’s canvas, burlap, ribbon or lace we love it all. Melody’s layout is a perfect example of how different textures can really bring your project to the next level. Melody used canvas, lace, ribbon, and twine on her page. The papers are from Prima’s Seashore Collection, along with the flowers & embellishments. Sooo pretty.
Melody used a couple of MFT products. The word “memories” is cut with the Accent It – Story Titles Die-namics, and the pattern on the canvas was added with the Scallop Stencil along with a light molding Plaster to add the dots.
Don’t you just love the perfect grouping of fun embellishments on top of all the wonderful layers at the bottom of the page? This layout has such amazing details without being overdone, the precious photo still takes center stage, after all isn’t that why we scrapbook?
Thanks for the nice visit & I hope you have a beautifully creative day.
