So many times we get inspired to send a card just because we are thinking about that special someone in our lives. This adorable card is one that would certainly make someone’s day! The bright cheery colors will certainly bring a ray of sunshine to the receiver. This darling card was found on Can you say addicted to stamps? blog and created by Jessica Rone.
Jessica did a lot of paper piecing on this card. What a great way to use up some of your favorite scraps. First she used the new “One Cupcake” set from The Cat’s Pajamas. Jessica paper pieced the cupcake holder then colored the rest with her Copics. The Yellow paper was from Papertrey Ink along with Smooth White and Berrylicious from My Favorite Things. The buttons and ribbon are also from My Favorite Things. To finish off the buttons Jessica used some Hemp Cord and tied a knot. The back ground of the card she used the Chevron Cutups die. A very big Thank You to Jessica for sharing this adorable card with us.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your project in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
