Technique Spotlight with Paige Evans: Big Titles

I love to utilize big focal elements on my layouts – whether it’s a shape like a heart or star or a title, they make a BIG impact! Today I’m featuring layouts with big titles created in a few different ways.

BUILD A LIFE YOU LOVE by Paige Evans

I die cut this large title using my Cameo and helped the letters stand out from the pieced patterned paper background by going around the inside edge with a black pen.

GO by Paige Evans

Two letters make a BIG title for sure! I backed the title with die cuts printed from an Ali Edwards kit and placed two photos over the inside “O”.

LOVE LOVE LOVE by Paige Evans

Repeat a single word down the page for a big title. These letters were made by tracing large chipboard letters and cutting them out.

SUMMER by Paige Evans

These large die cut letters from Heidi Swapp were “foiled” with a Minc machine and then I layered them across a white cardstock background to make this dynamic and large title.

THIS PHOTO HAS MY HEART by Paige Evans

I die cut this large title and backed each letter with a different patterned paper to make a colorful design.
