Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It Monday post.
Our next show is in Ontario CA on October 18 & 19. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with a new product from our Scrapbooking class: the Scholastic collection by Authentique.
If you take the Scrapbooking class, you will receive a Scholastic sampler kit which includes 15 patterned papers (2 each of papers One through Seven and 1 sheet of paper Eight) and the Details Cardstock Stickers sheet:
With it, I created this mini album:
The cover is 3 x 7″ and when the album opens, it is 18″ long.
Using the Cricut Explore machine and the My Community cartridge, I created a pencil-shaped accordion-fold mini album by welding several Pencil shapes together in Cricut Design Space. I then covered the base of my album by cutting out several pencil shapes from the Scholastic papers and cardstock.
I added photos, stickers, fussy-cut paper elements, and ribbon to decorate the pages and the cover.
This is such a great collection for your first day of school photos, last day of school photos, or anything in between!
This Latest & Greatest: Stamping workshop featuring the the Scholastic collection by Authentique will be also be taught in Sacramento CA. We hope you get a chance to join us in class at one of these shows.
I hope you enjoyed today’s Make It! Monday project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
