Are the points retroactive? Your virtual events have been going on for quite some time.
Yes they are. When you log in to your account, you will see the points back to when we started the Virtual @Home events in May.
Is there an action that we need to take to join the loyalty program?
As soon as you make your first purchase, you are signed up to the Loyalty Program.
