Room Rates are based on availability and may be sold out prior to cut off date. There is a 15% tax that is not shown in the rates listed above and a portion of your room rate is used to defray the cost of this event. There is a 1 night advanced deposit required with booking.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If reservation is cancelled after the 72 hours prior to arrival date, a full amount of the reservation will be charged for first night room & tax. Please book early to take advantage of this great rate.

Thursday Mega Make & Take, Friday and Saturday PlayDate/Crop Party, Workshop and Admission Tickets are sold separately and will be available for purchase on July 18th, 2023 through our online ticketing system.
