• The Hotel/Crop Special has a Limited Quantity of 150 Room Nights.
  Once we have sold the 150 Room Nights this Promotion will be taken offline without notice.
• Rooms Must be reserved through Scrapbook EXPO’s Online Pre-Registration System to qualify for the Promotion. Online Pre- Registration will begin on Monday, April 13th at 8:00am Pacific.
• Guests who call the hotel directly to book their reservations will not qualify for this promotion, no exceptions.
• Guests can purchase as many room nights as desired. For example, reserve a room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and you will receive Two Thursday Make N’ Take Extravaganza, Two Friday and Two Saturday Crop Tickets PLUS Two Bonus Kits for each night of your stay.
• Email your crop kit choice to changes@scrapbookexpo.com or make a note on your order by logging into your order with your user name and password & we will add them to your order. Crop kit choices will be available on our website under the Crop Section http://scrapbookexpo.com/2015-show-list/sd15/events-crops-sd15/.
• All rooms are Run of House. Guests will have the option to reserve 1 bed or 2 bed. Room rate is required to be paid in full the day that you pre-register online.
• Guests who have more than two people in their room, will still only qualify for Two Crop Tickets and 2 Crop Kits.
• Admission to Shop the Show Room Floor (Vendor Area) is Sold Separately.
• This Hotel/Crop Package will sell out fast, so don’t delay!

Hotel Confirmation Number and Adding Guests to Room

• Scrapbook EXPO works very close with the hotel coordinators while the promotion is in place. Scrapbook EXPO will be contacting the hotel with a rooming list of all guests who have booked through our online Pre-Registration System. Please allow three weeks before calling the hotel for your hotel confirmation number or for any special requests. Guests do have the option of adding a third or the fourth guest to their room (maximum four per room). There is a $20 charge per each additional guest, per night and must be taken up with the hotel directly upon check in. Please remember that you will only receive Two Crop Tickets and Two Crop Kits per room/night even if you have additional guests. Additional guests in room are more than welcome to attend the crop, but will need to purchase a separate crop ticket.

Seating at the Crop & Reserving a Crop Table for Four

• We know how important it is for you to sit together. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. We suggest that you arrive as soon as the doors open for the crop to guarantee seating together. If you come later in the day, finding seats together becomes a bigger challenge and is not always guaranteed. For those that have a group of four and would like to reserve a table, our pre-registration system will not allow you to add this if you are taking advantage of the Hotel/Crop Package. Because the Hotel/Crop Promotion is unique, you will need to email changes@scrapbookexpo.com with your order number/or numbers and the day you are requesting to reserve a table. Once we have verified that you have four crop tickets we will then add the crop table to your order. There is a $20 crop table fee per day to reserve.

Complimentary Crop Kits

• For guests taking advantage of the Hotel/Crop Promotion you will have the opportunity to choose two $20 Retail Value crop kits for each crop you attend. Guests will need to email their selection to changes@scrapbookexpo.com you will not be able to add it at the time of pre-registering.
