Changes or canceling your order
Changes or cancellations to your registration will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the show. There is a $5.00 service charge for any changes or class cancellations once your registration has been received. Please note that the $1.00 processing fee is non refundable if you should cancel your order.
- Log into your account at shop.scrapbookexpo.com or you can use the link from the confirmation email.
- Select View Order
- Scroll to the bottom of the order confirmation and “Add Note” with the change or cancellation you would like. As soon as we receive your request we will make the necessary changes.
- Once changes or cancellations have been made, we will send you an email confirmation. Any balance that remains will be credited to the card on file. Please allow 3-5 business days to post to your bank account.
