The best things come in little packages!

Hey…happy Monday morning all!  Guiseppa here to share with you a tutorial on how to make a cute Mini Fold Book.  I found this tutorial on Pinterest and found out how to make it by way of the talented Lisa Johnson’s Blog.  So, let’s get started!
First off, pick out your paper and make sure it is 8 1/2 x 11.  Score it at 3, 6 and 9 inches.
Next, measure 2 3/4 inches and cut over the score lines.  You will end up with three strips from an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.  If you want your book to have more pages, just add another 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and proceed with the above instructions.
Now to adhere your pages together.  Fold all your score lines alternately.  There will be one fold that is shorter than the rest.  The short end will be glued behind a regular end.  Do this with all of your strips.  When you are finished adhering the strips, cut off the short end that is left over.
Now for the cover.  Choose the paper you would like and score a strip of 2 3/4 x 11 inch.  Score it at 3″ and then again at 3 1/2 “.
Now fold it at the 3 1/2 ” line.  Then score at the 3″ and 3 1/2 “.
Next, score the end of the last section in half.  This will be adhered to itself to make a front flap.  This is what it will look like once it is all scored.
Now you will want to adhere your pages in.  Adhere one end of the pages to the left side and then to the right side.  Make sure you don’t adhere your pages to the flap of the book.
Finally fold your end flap over and adhere.
To make your book stay closed, I used Velcrow.
Now for the funnest part…embellishing!
So, I also need to give some credit to my cute little twin neighbors.  They were the subjects of this album.  I am so lucky that I get to watch these cuties!  Thanks for stopping by today and go ahead and give this a go!
