What is old is new again. How often that is the case for trends! Today’s inspiration piece features some oldies but goodies: retro people. I discovered this vintage style card on the Paper Crafter’s Library Blog. I recommend stopping by Katherine’s Blog to check out the other retro people stamp sets.
The original designer is Lee Ann Barrett. The card above used Style Girl from Pink Persimmon Stamps that is reminiscent of those lovely drawn models found on classic dress patterns. Don’t you wish that you kept a few of those patterns that your great aunt and grandmother had in their mass of sewing supplies? Even if for no other reason but to re-purpose the packaging into a great card like Lee Ann’s!
