These wonderful sets of patriotism were released just about a month ago from Waltzingmouse Stamps. How perfect for this time of year. It still isn’t too late to make your patriotic card. I found this adorable vintage patriotic card on Just Give Me Stamps by Laurie Schmidlin. I recommend you stopping by for a visit to see more of her wonderful projects.
Laurie created this card using the smaller labels from the Country Labels 4 set from Waltzingmouse. For the banner she stamped both of the star builder images (when stamped together they create a lovely, patriotic star) and then cut them out. She folded the top part of the images over and then glued them on a piece of twine. Laurie then used a sentiment from the USA 1776 set. She also used a lot of inking. Thank You Laurie for sharing this with us.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your project in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
Have a wonderful day creating. Thank you for stopping by.
