More 4th Cards

While surfing through my favorite blogs I discovered these adorable stamp sets Country Labels No. 4 & USA 1776  by Waltzingmouse Stamps.  They have a real Americana look & feel about them and are just in time for our 4th Of July layouts & cards. Here are just a few of my favorite cards designed by Karin Akesdotter author of Peppermint Patty’s Papercraft. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit, you will truly be inspired.

The USA 1776 Stamp Set is Americana front and centre, perfect for patriotic cards &  those of us who just love the Americana Theme. This large set also features several stamps that make it perfect for other celebrations. The fireworks for instance are calling out to be on your next New Year’s cards! The Lady Liberty stamp is 4 inches tall by just under 1.5 inches at the widest point. The star border is 1.75 by 2.5 inches.

The Country Labels No. 4 set hosts endlessly useful pretty country style labels to co-ordinate with the ever popular Spellbinders Labels 4 dies. Gathering patterns such as the ginghams, knitted textures and blanket stitching from sets we already have, these labels will integrate seamlessly with your WMS collection.

The set also contains five additional label shaped stamps that match the most popular sizes of dies and a circular label that can be used with either circle dies or punches. Seven everyday sentiments presented in a charming naive style font are included along with 6 country style motifs.

The largest sentiment “thank you for everything you do” measures 1.5 inches  by just over 5/8 inches. The circular label is 2 inches diameter.
