Gift bags are one of my favorite go to projects, I like to keep different size gift bags on hand for when I feel the need to give away a little pishky (small gift). Don’t you always need a gift bag for one reason or another? I would like to thank Audrey for sharing her beautiful design with us today. Be sure to hop on over to her blog Audrey Pettit’s Weblog.
What a great pair, Kiwi Lane Templates meet Authentique’s gorgeous paper line.We used both the tags and scalloped border templates for this project, along with Authentique’s beautiful Hope collection. A true marriage made in heaven. Love the soft color combination, this could be used for so many different occasions.
Here you can get a really good view of all those yummy scallops. Audrey simply cut strips of patterned papers (great project for our beloved scraps), traced either the large or small scallop template, cut, and layered to cover the front of the bag. The Kiwi Lane templates are easy to use and are a great alternative for those without a die cutting system. Not to mention way less expensive, too.
Than tie the handmade parchment paper goody bag with seam binding and add a quick tag using the Kiwi Lane templates. A few Authentique Hope cardstock stickers and vintage buttons complete the look.
