Inky fun backgrounds are all the rage right now & I have been bitten by all the possibilities. This beautiful card designed by Shirley author of Paper Creations is a perfect example of how to use these fun inky techniques on a card.
Shirley sprayed Midnight, Teal & Linen Dylusions Inks to create the background. She then over stamped with a snowflake from Reindeer Landscape with Moonlight Brilliance & Peacock Feather Distress Inks. The reindeer scene was stamped on a separate sheet of smooth water color paper with black Stazon Ink & colored with Tombow markers. For the sky Shirley added lots of water to create the water marks for clouds. Don’t you just love all the glitter in the snow, what a perfect touch.
Think of all the gorgeous winter scenes we can create with this oh so versatile stamp set, it’s not just for Christmas.

Where in the US can I get the Chocolate Baroque stamp?
Lovely to see Shirley’s card here. I hope it’s ok to put this on here, but I’m the owner of Chocolate Baroque stamps and we have a ‘where to buy’ link on our website http://www.chocolatebaroque.com – you can find it in the right hand side menu bar. We don’t have many stores in the USA, but I can recommend http://www.thestamproom.com in Florida – she does great mail order.

Thanks for the information Glenda! I think your fan base in the US is growing!
