A Mother is The Heart of The Home

Today’s inspiration piece is just in time for Mother’s Day. Mom will definitely feel the love when presented with a beautiful handmade card like this one designed by Cherry Nelson author of the Cherry’s Jubilee Blog.

Cherry used an older Maya road stamp set to create the sweet houses border at the bottom. To soften the card Cherry wrapped Rose petal seam binding around the card. The border consists of antique mother of pearl buttons & candi.

I love how Cherry soften the house border by stamping some soft green grass at the bottom of the card.

A Mother Is The Heart Of The Home is the perfect title for this heartfelt card.
