Now that we are finally experiencing some really gorgeous warm weather, the thought of the seaside comes to mind. I hope that you enjoy this beautiful summer inspired layout. I’d like to thank Jan Hobbins, author of the In My Own Imagination Blog for sharing this unique layout with us today.
The Bigz Sand and Sea die includes the seahorse, sand dollar & the starfish which can also be used in the center of the sand dollar. There’s a mini Sand & Sea set also & wasn’t the Confetti Decorative Strip Die just perfect to create all the fun bubbles/circles. The papers are from the Wallflower collection, the stencil used was Tim’s Bubble stencil, Framed Alpha Parts, file tab, Industrious Frame Sticker & his Remnant Rub-ons, Life Quotes. Ya gotta love em.
Here’s a close up of the altered chipboard die-cuts; a combination of chipboard, patterned paper, rock candy crackle paint, ink, and stain. I love how the colors really compliment the priceless vintage photo, still allowing it to take center stage.
I hope you have a beautiful summer, looking forward to seeing you back soon. Happy Scrappin.
