Polly Created this tag using the dress form die cut from Tim Holtz. This die is always wonderful in making that darling vintage girlie tag.
Adding some gathered lace, she created a pretty skirt on the body form.
Polly also used a picket fence die cut and added some rosebuds that look like they are peeping through the fence. Put your imagination to the test and see what you can come up with in creating your favorite tag.
