With the cold winter weather hanging on a littler longer this year, I hope you are as ready for a summer inspired card as I am. I discovered this card on the Inspiration Blooms website & it put a smile on my face thinking of the warmer weather that is on it’s way. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit. Michelle is a very talented designer & you are sure to be inspired by her designs.
Michelle colored the lighthouse images with Copic Markers: BG75, BG72, BG10, BG0000, YG93, E79, E43, W7, W5, W3, W0. She also used papers from Prima’s Moulin Rouge collection.
Below is a second card using the same adorable Lighthouse image from From The Heart Stamps. I like how Michelle changed up the look of the card by adding the metallic corrugated cardboard and the May Arts twine.
As you can see Michelle has some serious coloring skills. I hope today’s project has inspired you to break out your favorite stamp sets, some markers & have fun mastering your coloring skills.
