Ingredients
Vanilla Cake:
- 1 Box White Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners.
- Shift cake mix into bowl set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil, milk, sour cream and vanilla extract. Add cake mix and stir until smooth.
- Place a small scoop of vanilla batter in each cupcake liner.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
These beautiful cupcakes are made with white cake then topped off with butter-cream frosting and fondant icing.
