I just love July. It is such a great time to reflect upon the freedom that we have, and all the wonderful service men who defend our country. This card says it perfectly. Don’t you just love the Americana look with a bit of shabby chic to the card? I found this on Poetic Artistry created by Julee Tilman. What a great card to send off to someone in the military.
Julee used the Starry Die and cut through two layers of paper. She then popped the panel up on dimensionals to really make the background under the stars shine through. The border was made with the Scallop Trim Trio Die set. To finish off the card she added a cluster of stars and a navy blue ribbon. A big Thank You to Julee for this wonderful inspiration.
Creativity involves in breaking out of your traditional style. Take a look at your projects in a different way, and never hesitate to try something new.
Thank so much for stopping by. I hope you have a fabulous day!
