I love it when we can use our craft supplies to bring a smile to someone’s face by making a gift or note extra-special. And while you are making your Christmas cards this year, leave out your supplies and use the leftovers to create some darling holilday-themed gift bags, too!

My beloved mother/best friend passed away a little over 3 years ago. I’ve buried myself in work and life I think just to keep from missing her too much. It’s just now (as in today) as I rearrange my craft room and go through the inheritance of rubber stamps, gorgeous cardstocks and other crafting items that I have felt the glimmer of my crafting energy again. It was like discovering I could breath again! This blog is a beautiful space to reconnect with myself (and with mom’s spirit). Thanks for that. 🙂
Now if I could just find more time in the day to scrapbook.
