Latest & Greatest: Stamping with Stamplistic

Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It! Monday post.

Our next show is in Puyallup, WA on June 2nd-3rd. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching three “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, and Stamping. We have lots of great products from some awesome manufacturers in these classes, and today I am going to be working with products from our Stamping workshop: Stamplistic’s Cut and Layer Petite Stamps.

With the Starfish stamp, I created this card:

I started with the stamp, several colors of cardstock, black ink, and a stamping block.

I stamped the image several times on the different colors of cardstock.

I cut out a different shape for each layer in the color I wanted for that layer.

For the top layer, I pierced holes in the center of each circle and hand stitched sequins and beads to embellish the stamped image.

I then layered and adhered the stamped shapes together with foam adhesive.

I added the layered and embellished starfish to my card and finished it off with some wave patterned paper, ribbon, and chipboard letters for my sentiment.

It’s perfect for summer or anytime of year!

This Stamping workshop featuring Stamplistic’s Cut and Layer Petite Stamps and the other products I have spotlighted over the last couple of months will end in Puyallup WA. We would love to see you there!

Starting at our show in St. Paul, MN, we will have a new selection of products for you to learn about and play with.

I hope you enjoyed today’s Make It! Monday project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
