Pauline, an instructor for Stamp & Scrapbook Expo, demonstrates how easy it is to create your own watercolor bokeh background. This technique creates the look of orbs of light against a lovely watercolor. Easy and so beautiful!
You can learn all kinds of fun techniques from Pauline when you take a class from her at a Stamp & Scrapbook Expo, so check out their 2017 calendar and plan an exciting, creative getaway!

All I can say is WOW! I love this!!! tfs!
Wow this card looks nice! I would love to see you make one in video!
Here’s a video I did using this technique. I was shown this technique by another person and thought it so cool that I put it to vid. 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0YMsRoeP0o
I loved the finished product … but I find that you “talking” about the technique is harder then when you “SHOW” the technique !!
Pauline, Thank you for showing us this technique done this way. Its much easier than other ways I’v e seen it done, and now I’m willing to give it a try. ( I don’t have to go buy special bokeh stamps, etc). Thanks again!!!! – Stacy
Fun! You could also use embossing powders inside the circles, too, adding a little bling!
