Hey everyone! Roree here with your weekly Thursday inspiration, and I have some fun products from the Latest & Greatest workshops to share with you.
Our next show is this week in Mesa, AZ on September 14th & 15th. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am sharing a project I created with a product from our Latest & Greatest: Card Making class: Fancy Pants Designs Magnolia Moments collection.
If you take the class, you will receive a sampling of items from the Magnolia Moments collection:
You will receive the 6×6 Paper Pad, the Chipboard Spools and Wood Slices, and the Ephemera pack.
With the kit, I created this card:
First, I layered the white tile, black stripe, wood slats, and gingham patterned papers from the 6×6 Paper Pad. Then, I added a wreath die cut from the Ephemera pack along the top of the card.
I added a white ribbon bow to the top of the wreath and placed the “Home Sweet Home” sentiment die cut (also from the Ephemera pack) at the center, capping each end with a black rhinestone. For the bird die cut, I trimmed a little of the white edge off and perched it at the upper left corner of my sentiment.
Using the Ephemera pack, I finished by adding a label plate die cut at the bottom right corner of the card and used a hole punch to punch out the centers from two screw die cuts, adding one to each side of the label plate.
This collection is just gorgeous with simple color palette, textured patterns, wood tones, beautiful flowers, and more. I know I will be creating more cards with it for sure!
This Latest & Greatest: Card Making workshop featuring Fancy Pants Designs Magnolia Moments collection will also be taught at our upcoming shows in Denver, Akron, Sacramento, and Ontario. We would love to see you at one of these shows!
I hope you enjoyed today’s Inspiration Station project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
