Journaling Ephemera By Nathalie DeSousa
I was immediately drawn to this beautiful layout and knew I just had to share the inspiration. The highlights of the journaling ephemera and the fabulous watercoloring is beautiful, and the textured background really complements the layout and photo. Perfectly placed layers, and even handwritten journaling, wow, what more can you ask for?
What a great way to add some journaling spots to your layout, just by using some ephemera pieces. Thanks to the very creative Nathalie, you too can create your own version of this unique layout. Click here and I will be happy to escort you over to Vicki Boutin’s blog where you will find step-by-step instructions on how Nathalie created this inspiration in such a beautiful layout. You are going to love it!
Have A Great Day By Peet Roeven
During this wonderful fall season it is time to enjoy the brisk air, the beauty of the magical colors, and time to sit back and reminisce about all the blessings you have. When I came upon this fabulous card I thought you might be inspired by the magical wonders of fall that this card portrays. What makes this card stand out is the fabulous die sets Fall Wreath and Snowflake Stitch Frames by Penny Black. Don’t you love it when a beautiful card comes together so easily?
The thing I love most about cards is taking the time to share the finished product with those I care about and love. I often think of how blessed I am in my life to have such great friends and family, and so I need to send out more cards like this one. Peet Roeven is truly a very talented crafter and you will be so inspired by her. Please come over with me to Scrap Album where you can see many more of her fabulous projects.
Burlap Bag & Gift Box By Beatriz Jennings
Thanksgiving is a time for celebrating with friends and family and giving thanks for all that we have. This usually takes place around a giant dinner table. Can you just imagine how beautiful these adorable bags or gift box would look as a place setting, or a thank you gift on your Thanksgiving table? These will add a little pizzazz to your table and you can show off your crafty side this season.
What a fun way to send home a little trinket to your guests as they leave; they will definitely appreciate this little addition. Beatriz used paper from her stash along with kraft cardstock. Click here and I will take you over to the Iralamilja blog to see how Beatriz decorated the burlap bag and gift box. Have a fun time creating your burlap bags and gift boxes. Your guests will truly love each one!
Apple Tart Squares By Eitan Bernath
Holidays often give us a good reason to make new treats in the kitchen. These Apple Tart Squares are a delightful, simple, apple tart glazed with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar. These yummy squares really highlight the beauty of the season’s bounty of apples. This easy and impressive treat will fill your home with the sweet fragrance of fall!
These apple squares are a good change from apple pie since they are glazed and a little bit sweeter. The dough is firm enough that you can eat them with your hands. Click here so you can write down the recipe. I know you and your family will love these tasty Apple Tart Squares. Enjoy!
I hope you have been filled today with lots of wonderful inspiration. I want to take this time to say thank you for joining me each Saturday. It is friends like you that make life beautiful.
