Hello, my crafty friends, and welcome back to Stamp & Scrapbook Expo’s blog. As always, it’s an honor to have the opportunity to share projects designed by some of the most talented people in our creative industry. Here are a few projects that recently inspired me to get my creative mind moving and I hope they inspire you as well.
Pocket Pages by Ali Edwards
Pocket Pages are still very trendy so I thought you might enjoy seeing a peek at how easily these adorable pages come together. Ali really inspired me several years ago with Project Life Pocket Pages. At first, I fought the concept, thinking what is going to happen to all the treasured embellishments and tools that I’ve been collecting for the past 15 years. Not to worry, with a little guidance from Ali you, too, can have the best of both worlds, fast and easy with a twist. I like to refer to it as going hybrid. We are still able to use the tools and embellishments that we use to make our own custom cards in combination with all the gorgeous premade pocket cards that are available. Ali has some great tips to share in her video, so be sure to check it out. Happy scrapping, my friends!
Sea & Summer Card by Jane
Doesn’t this sweet card just scream summer? Jane created a flip flop easel card using some of the gorgeous papers from Maja Design’s Summertime paper collection. Who wouldn’t love to receive this handmade treasure in their mailbox? Jane has some great video tutorials showing how she colors each of the adorable Tilda doll images. I highly recommend checking them out, click here and I will be happy to escort you over for a visit. Kudos to you for sharing those smiles one handmade card at a time.

Click here and I will be happy to escort you over to our website so you can check out our show schedule. With this many shows around the nation, the question is not what show you should attend, but rather how many shows you CAN attend.
