I love that this project is not only adorable but is also functional. I would like to thank Kristy Fey author of Next To Heaven Blog for sharing today’s inspiration. With the start of school right around the corner, I think we all need one of these to organize our busy lives.
Kristi found her set of frames at Wal-Mart for about $10.00 than inserted pattered papers that fit her decor. I always see these sets at stores like Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshalls as well. You can also create your own grouping of miss matched photo frames with some vintage papers if you like a more shabby Chic look. Just thinking out loud:). Since the paper goes behind the glass, you simply write directly on the glass than it wipes right off with a tissue or your finger in a pinch … which for me is always!
I will definitely be making one of these for my entry way. With teenagers in the house it’s difficult to keep track of everyone’s schedule. Wouldn’t this also be a great gift for the college bound student.
So breakout those picture frames and dip into you paper stash and have fun with this project.
Thanks for visiting & have a very creative day!
Love, love, LOVE this idea! I might have to make one for a friend of mine that has two busy teenage boys to keep track of!
