This is such a snowy fresh page! And the B/W photo really pops on it. Thanks to Mona Pendleton for sharing this project on her blog, Cupcake’s Creations.

Mona created all the texture with white acrylic paint, some dies and stencils. The patterned paper is from a Polish company called 13 Arts. It is beautiful. I’m not sure it is available in the USA, but I know that your crafty self will figure out a way to duplicate the look if you would like to 😉
